Hey, I'm Georgie

From a young age, I felt a deep curiosity for the world, leading me to explore diverse cultures and ancient wisdom. My journey took a transformative turn when I discovered Kundalini Yoga, sparking a lifelong passion for self-discovery. Studying with authentic lineages in India, I immersed myself in Himalayan breathwork, mantra meditation, deepening my understanding of the mind-body connection. Now, with years of teaching in England and India, I’m dedicated to helping others overcome limiting beliefs, cultivate inner peace, and unlock their full potential.
