This is one of my favourite quotes because the World inside and outside of us is exactly how we choose to perceive it. Everyone in their own unique way will perceive the World completely different from one person to another and this is simply beautiful. What if that in which we are seeing is not in alignment of who we are? Or maybe we are in a certain time of our life where we just don't like what we perceive, think and feel? This is our moment to journey inwards.
My coaching approach draws upon the profound insights of Kundalini Yoga, Himalayan breathwork, and mantra meditation, seamlessly integrated with Neuro Linguistics Programming "positive psychology".
