Meet Georgie, an authentic Himalayan yoga teacher and wellness guide based in Surrey. Blending ancient yogic practices such as breathwork, meditation, and mantra with modern coaching techniques, I create sacred spaces for personal transformation, self-discovery, and inner peace. With years of dedicated study and deep personal experience, I am passionate about supporting others on their own journeys. Through my heart-led approach, I offer a safe and supportive environment where you can explore your inner world, release stress, cultivate balance, and unlock your full potential.

How I Discovered Yoga

From a young age, I felt a deep yearning for something more than the familiar. This innate curiosity led me on a global adventure, immersing myself in diverse cultures and experiencing the wonders of nature. This transformative journey not only broadened my horizons but also ignited a profound desire to understand myself on a deeper level.
My quest for inner peace led me to Kundalini Yoga. It was as if I had walked to the top of a mountain without actually climbing it – a sudden and profound shift in consciousness. This transformative encounter ignited my journey for exploring ancient wisdom and practices. I have dedicated the past years and will continue to immerse myself in the roots of these teachings, learning from authentic lineages in India.

The Journey to iiNDA Wellness

This journey has profoundly impacted every aspect of my life – from the way I approach every situation in my life, the way I look at the World, the way I interact with myself and others, the way I walk, move, eat, literally everything in my life has changed in such a beautiful way and I feel so grateful to be on this journey.
Driven by a deep desire to share these transformative practices, I have spent years teaching yoga in England and India. By cultivating inner peace and mastering our minds, we can live more fulfilling and joyful life.


Recognizing the profound impact of our thoughts and beliefs, I further deepened my understanding by studying Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). This powerful modality provides invaluable tools for reprogramming our minds, allowing us to overcome limiting beliefs, cultivate resilience, and live with greater awareness and joy.

My Teaching Style and Values

know what it's like to feel lost, afraid, anxious, grief, insecure. To feel there is no way out. But I also know what it's like to overcome all of these feelings and limiting belief patterns.

 

Through the tools I have learnt which completely changed my life, to step into my authenticity and create this beautiful relationship with myself. I want to help you do the same. We all have the power to master our mind and to master our life.

 

I am incredibly passionate about helping others and making a real change. The most precious thing we have is time, how will you choose to spend it? Life is truly a gift and when we live in awareness and gratitude everyday we really start to see how beautiful everything is.

 

I am here to remind you of this beauty. The beauty you have inside of you. The beauty around you and the beauty of your own consciousness.
